The Chocolate Block is a Southern French inspired blend with Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Viognier as well as Cabernet Sauvignon for structure. The nose is exceptionally perfumed with abundant red and dark berry fruit, violets and intense aromas of white pepper. Dark fruit follows through onto an opulent palate with notes of cardamom, cumin, and cloves. White pepper lingers on a smooth, lifted finish.
