Refunds & Returns

  1. Introduction
    • Customer satisfaction and happiness is important to us. Should your purchase not completely satisfy you, you are free to return the item or items purchased for replacement. Alternatively, we will credit your account, with due regard to the terms described below. Only products bought from GooGro itself and from Third Party sellers will be dealt with this way. Please note GooGro may, from time to time and at its discretion, limit the use of the credit in your account in respect of certain products.
    • Some sections of this policy do not apply to used products that have no equivalence to the sealed quantities by weight, volume or texture as were dispatched to you the purchaser, as indicated in the corresponding sections below. If products are returned due to damage caused by handling or damage due to the unfavourable package transit conditions or some are that are unsealed or missing, then such purchases will be replaced on the return of such unwanted damage effects caused by poor handling and/or re-packaging.
    • Words defined in the underwritten content of the GooGro Damaged Goods Returns Policy bear and present the same meaning, unless otherwise defined in a different context. All the customer’s statutory rights regarding this transaction remain reserved without limitation. 

  2. Getting your goods ready for a return
    • The following precautions will ensure proper processing of returned goods:
      • Secure your goods by packaging for protection during the transit back to Googro;
      • Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; andInclude all supplementary items, if any, that were received with the goods.
      • These requirements must be complied with to avoid delays in the processing of your request and ensure that your return is not turned down completely.

  3. Damaged or Unwanted Goods
    • Damaged or unwanted goods are items which when received, have a different look and feel, taste, colour or any other measurable quality or quantity descriptor that is far removed or is missing from the expected ones. Such damaged or unwanted goods or item can be returned to GooGro at no cost on condition that:
    • The item has not been used, with the seal, original labels and stickers still undamaged.
    • Save in relation to Unboxed Deals, reconditioned products and used products, it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
    • It is not missing any accessories or parts.
