Welcome to Googro your preferred convenience store!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website and online services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may opt not to use this service. 

  1. Eligibility
    • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service.

  2. Payment
    • We currently only accept payments made with debit and credit cards.

  3. Delivery
    • We offer delivery within 48 hours of order placement.
    • A delivery fee will be charged for all home delivery orders.
    • There is no delivery fee for orders collected from Googro.
    • There is no delivery fee for orders delivered to Your workplace.

  4. Order Cancellation and Returns
    • You may cancel your order before it ships without penalty.
    • Please contact us at info@googro or 010 229 0229 to cancel your order.
    • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items.
    • For unopened and unused items, you may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    • Please contact us for further  instructions on how to return an item.

  5. Order Free 13th Order
    • You will receive a free order on Your 13th order after 12 consecutive orders successfully made and fulfilled in the Googro management system. The Order Value will be an average of all the orders placed and executed in the continuous period of 12 months preceding the 13th month allocation.

  6. User Content
    • You may be able to submit reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content") to the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of its use. By submitting User Content,  we guarantee You an exclusive, irrevocable,  worldwide security and that we will not use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your User Content in any media.

  7. Disclaimer
    • The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  8. Liability
    • We shall  be liable for  damages  as prescribed in our Damaged Goods Return Policy.

  9. Governing Law
    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  10. Entire Agreement
    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Googro online service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

  11. Changes to the Terms
    • We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Service. You are expected to check this page regularly so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. By continuing to access or use the Service after the revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
